Ensure that no economic consideration shall override the issue of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality.

Maintain “stop work” policies that establish the responsibility and authority for all employees and contractors to stop unsafe behaviors at worksites.

Put in place measures and audits to ensure HSEQ compliance and report performances for continuous improvement.

Comply with applicable regulations and laws to develop quality standards that improve the safety and health of people and the environment.

Provide customers with the highest quality standards of petroleum products and services at all levels.

Ensure that every employee and contractor understand and adheres to the corporate culture through dedicated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality training.

Implement emergency response plans and means of interventions designed to face and handle different types of scenarios.

Implement in all operations appropriate management policies regarding Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, and perform periodic risk assessments of these policies and procedures.

Ensure that all its employees at every level in the hierarchy accept responsibility for their own behavior in respect of the application of this Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Charter at their workplace.
